User Agreement FainEra FZE ("FainEra", "we", "us", "our") Platform: FainEra Fee (fee.fainera.com) Last Updated: April 8, 2026 1. Scope This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding contract between you ("User") and FainEra FZE. It governs the specific terms under which you use the FainEra Fee cashback service, including account setup, partner platform connections, cashback calculations, payments, and the referral program. This Agreement supplements the Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict, the Terms and Conditions shall prevail. 2. Account Setup and Partner Connection 2.1 After creating your FainEra Fee account, you may connect one or more Partner platform accounts by submitting your UID for each Partner. 2.2 By submitting a UID, you confirm that: (a) The UID belongs to you and corresponds to an account registered in your name on the Partner platform. (b) You have registered on the Partner platform through FainEra's affiliate or referral link, or you have transferred your existing account to FainEra's affiliate program following the process specified for that Partner. (c) You understand that cashback can only be calculated if your Partner account is correctly linked to FainEra's affiliate program. 2.3 FainEra is not responsible for cashback that cannot be calculated or distributed due to incorrect UIDs, failed account transfers, or Partner platform errors. 2.4 Some Partner platforms require specific steps to link your account (such as identity transfers, re-registration, or form submissions). FainEra provides instructions for each Partner on the Platform. It is your responsibility to follow these instructions accurately. 3. Cashback Calculation 3.1 Cashback is calculated based on the affiliate commission FainEra receives from each Partner platform. The cashback rate represents the portion of this commission that FainEra returns to you. 3.2 Cashback rates vary by Partner and by tier. Current rates are displayed on the Platform and are subject to change. 3.3 Cashback is calculated based on data provided by Partner platforms through their affiliate reporting systems. FainEra does not independently verify trading volumes or fees. 3.4 If a Partner provides incorrect, delayed, or incomplete data, your cashback calculation may be affected. FainEra will make reasonable efforts to resolve such discrepancies but cannot guarantee their resolution. 3.5 Cashback is calculated on actual trading fees paid by the User. Fees that are waived, discounted, or refunded by the Partner platform are not eligible for cashback. 4. Cashback Distribution 4.1 Cashback is accumulated in your FainEra Fee dashboard and distributed according to the payment schedule determined by FainEra. 4.2 FainEra reserves the right to set minimum withdrawal thresholds. The current minimum withdrawal threshold is displayed on the Platform. 4.3 Cashback is distributed in cryptocurrency to the wallet address you provide on the Platform. The supported currencies and networks are displayed on the Platform and may change over time. 4.4 To receive cashback, you must provide a valid wallet address that supports the selected network. FainEra is not responsible for cashback sent to an incorrect, incompatible, or inaccessible wallet address. Transactions on blockchain networks are irreversible. 4.5 Network fees (gas fees) associated with cashback transfers are covered by FainEra unless otherwise stated on the Platform. FainEra reserves the right to change this policy with prior notice. 4.6 FainEra reserves the right to delay or withhold cashback distribution in cases of: (a) Suspected fraud, wash trading, or market manipulation. (b) Disputes with Partner platforms regarding affiliate commissions. (c) Technical issues affecting cashback calculations. (d) Regulatory requirements or legal proceedings. 4.7 Taxes on cashback received are the sole responsibility of the User. FainEra does not withhold taxes and does not provide tax advice. You should consult a tax professional regarding your obligations in your jurisdiction. 5. Points and Tier System 5.1 FainEra Fee may offer a points and tier system that rewards active users with enhanced benefits, including higher cashback rates. 5.2 Points are earned through trading activity, referrals, and other engagement metrics as defined on the Platform. 5.3 Tier status is determined by accumulated points and is subject to periodic review. FainEra reserves the right to modify tier thresholds, benefits, and point values at any time. 5.4 Points and tier status have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside the Platform. 6. Referral Program 6.1 Users may participate in the referral program by sharing their unique referral link with others. 6.2 When a new user registers through your referral link and connects a Partner account, you earn a referral commission based on a percentage of the cashback earned by the referred user. 6.3 The referred user's cashback is never reduced by the referral commission. Referral commissions are paid separately by FainEra. 6.4 Referral commissions are subject to the same payment schedules and minimum thresholds as regular cashback. 6.5 The following are prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all referral commissions and may lead to account termination: (a) Referring yourself (creating multiple accounts). (b) Using paid advertising that impersonates FainEra or misleads users. (c) Spam, unsolicited messages, or deceptive practices to generate referrals. (d) Any activity that violates the Terms and Conditions or applicable laws. 7. User Responsibilities 7.1 You are responsible for ensuring that your use of FainEra Fee and any connected Partner platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. 7.2 You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. 7.3 You agree to provide accurate and up to date information and to promptly update your account if your information changes. 7.4 You understand and accept that cryptocurrency trading involves significant risk and that FainEra Fee does not reduce, eliminate, or otherwise affect the risks associated with trading on Partner platforms. 8. Modifications FainEra reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be posted on the Platform with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement. 9.
