FainEra Fee Specific Risks 2.1 Cashback Is Not Guaranteed. Cashback rates are determined by affiliate agreements between FainEra and Partner platforms. These rates may change at any time without prior notice. FainEra does not guarantee any specific cashback amount. 2.2 Partner Dependency. FainEra Fee relies on data and commissions from Partner platforms. If a Partner changes its affiliate program, terminates its relationship with FainEra, or ceases operations, your cashback may be affected or discontinued. 2.3 Data Accuracy. Cashback calculations are based on data provided by Partner platforms. FainEra does not independently verify this data. Errors or delays in Partner data may result in incorrect cashback calculations. 2.4 Platform Availability. FainEra Fee may experience downtime, interruptions, or technical issues that could temporarily affect your ability to access the Platform or receive cashback. 2.5 Account Linking Risks. Connecting your Partner account to FainEra Fee through a UID does not create a custodial relationship. FainEra cannot access, control, or recover your funds on any Partner platform. If you lose access to your Partner account, FainEra cannot assist with recovery. 2.6 Cashback Payment Risks. Cashback is paid in cryptocurrency. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. If you provide an incorrect or incompatible wallet address, your cashback may be permanently lost and FainEra cannot recover it. Network congestion, upgrades, or outages may delay cashback transfers. The value of the cryptocurrency received as cashback may fluctuate. 3. No Custody of Funds 4.1 FainEra Fee does not hold, manage, control, or have access to your funds, digital assets, or private keys at any time. 4.2 All deposits, withdrawals, and trading activities are conducted directly on Partner platforms.
