5. Fraud and Phishing Warning
FainEra will NEVER:
(a) Ask for your password, private keys, seed phrases, or wallet credentials.
(b) Ask you to send cryptocurrency to any address.
(c) Contact you through unofficial channels requesting personal or financial information.
(d) Ask you to install remote access software.
(e) Pressure you to make urgent transactions or payments.
If you receive any communication that appears suspicious, do not respond and report it to [email protected] immediately.
